Walk-in interview for Sales Customer Service Executives

We are Urgently looking for Sales Customer service Executives to manage customer queries and generate leads. Candidates available for immediate joining preferred. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Walk-in Interview on Saturday 26th February from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Call Centre experience is Mandatory
