Walk-in interview at Hardmen Facility Management UAE urgently hiring for Waiter, Security Guard, General Cleaner, Housekeeping Supervisor, Kitchen steward and HR – Human Resource staff. 

We have Multiple job vacancies open for the above mentioned Job categories. All interested candidates who meet basic job requirements and qualifications are welcome.

Basic Job Qualifications and Requirements 

Waiter/Kitchen stewards Job Requirements: 

• Candidates with own visa are prepared NOC and Passport required.
• Having good communication skills.
• Age Limit: Less than 35 years old.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Security Guards job Requirements: 

• Minimum height 5’8″ft.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE.
• Having valid visit visa or cancelled visa.
• Having valid SIRA certificate.
• Immediate joiner only.

General Cleaners (Male) Job Requirements:

• Candidate with 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Having good communication skills.
• Age Limit: Less than 35 years old.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
• Immediate joiner only.

Housekeeping Supervisor Job Requirements: 

• Candidate with previous years of experience in housekeeping supervision.
• Holding a driving license is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and effective team management.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
• Immediate joiner only.

HR  (with P.R.O experience) 

• Candidate with minimum 2-3 years of HR and P.R.O experience in the UAE.
• Must know about hiring staff for the facility management company.
• Knowledge in labor laws and regulation.
• Immediate joiner only.

Work Location: Dubai
