Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues, including checking for leaks, measuring airflow, and evaluating overall system performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, lubricating moving parts, and replacing filters to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, compressors, thermostats, fans, or valves, using proper tools, equipment, and following manufacturer specifications.
- Test HVAC system performance, including airflow measurement, temperature calibration, refrigerant pressure checks, and ensuring proper functioning of controls and sensors.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
HVAC Technician Requirements:
- The Candidate shall have experience in Split, package units, VRV and VRF
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice
- Very good English command
- UAE valid driving license (Preferable)
- 2 years UAE experience
