We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Office Boy to join our team at Osaka Trading Sharjah UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment while assisting with various administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office.
- Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handling office deliveries, documents, and packages.
- Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and office events.
- Performing basic office errands as needed.
- Ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and organized.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office boy or in a similar role is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and maintenance.
