The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily cleaning operations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across assigned facilities.
This role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring that schedules and tasks are followed, and providing direct support to the team to promote efficiency, safety, and quality.
The Cleaning Supervisor leads by example, assisting team members to achieve excellent results and consistently meet client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Supervision and Support
- Coordinate and supervise the cleaning team’s daily activities, including task assignments and adherence to schedules.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure effective cleaning practices.
- Step in to assist the team with cleaning tasks as needed to maintain productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, standards, and updates.
Quality Control and Standards
- Regularly inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
- Identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions to address them.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Inventory and Equipment Management
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
Client Communication
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients, addressing their feedback and responding to requests promptly.
- Communicate any special client needs to the team and ensure they are integrated into the cleaning process.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, including schedules, inspection results, and team attendance.
- Assist in creating schedules that maximize team efficiency and minimize overtime.
Problem Resolution
- Quickly address and resolve any issues that may arise with cleaning tasks or team dynamics.
- Collaborate with management to implement solutions for recurring problems or complaints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, with some supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, methods, and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and assist the team when required.
- UAE Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Additional Skills:
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a cleaning environment.
FOR Housekeeping / Cleaner
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping.
- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets and sinks.
- Experience in driving with proper rules and regulation.
- Transport Staff and Resources to Housekeeping Site.
- Maintain Vehicle Serviceability and Cleanliness.
- Assist staff to clean floors surfaces, carpets, furniture, and dispose waste.
