Walk in interview for Customer Service Representative

We are urgently looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about our holiday homes.

As a  Customer Service Representative you will assist with reservations, provide detailed property information, and address any issues or special requests that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions about holiday home availability, pricing, features, and booking processes.
  • Process Reservations: Assist customers with booking holiday homes, including checking availability, confirming reservations, and processing payments.
  • Provide Property Details: Offer comprehensive information about properties, including amenities, locations, and nearby attractions.
  • Address Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues related to their stay, including handling special requests and changes to reservations.
  • Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and special requests in our system.
  • Promote Services: Suggest additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer’s holiday experience.
  • Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
