We are urgently looking for Telesales Executive and Direct Sales Representative (Banking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Banking products for a reputed bank in UAE over phone or in person.
Telesales Executive – Direct Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about banking products, features, and benefits to customers.
- To engage and educate customer on product (Credit Card) usage.
- Achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Basic Job Requirements:
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates must have experience in Bank CC sales.
- Preferred UAE experienced candidates and Home country experienced candidates also will be considered if they have experience in CC Bank Telesales.
- Direct sales background are welcomed and can meet clients face to face or, and perform Telesales tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Salary AED 2500 to 5000 (Based on experience).
