As a Tele-sales Executive , you will play a crucial role in the client on-boarding process, with below Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Hunt for business opportunities through a high volume of outbound activity in a metric-driven sales process.
- Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trends
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
- Solicit sales, provide information about products and services, or handle complaints
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products/ services
- Negotiating and closing sales and establishing a new customer account
Qualifications:
- A minimum of One (1) year of experience in Sales or Business Development experience
- Basic knowledge and/or background in Economics/Financial Analysis is an added advantage
- Self-starter with a sales mentality and the ability to improvise according to the situation.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Ability to use Sales CRM tools
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Good team working manner
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejections
- A high degree of professionalism, with a confident and assertive style
Important note: This business is based on high commissions and incentives mainly
