Hiring Company: BIGWIG MARKETING MANAGEMENT Dubai
We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling and possess excellent communication skills.
As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list of contacts.
- Explain our products/services to prospective customers.
- Answer any questions or concerns they might have.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
