We are looking to hire sales Merchandiser (FMCG) Fast moving consumer goods. candidates who meet below job qualifications are invited for a walk-in interview at location shown below
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Executes the planograms and the agreed-on shelf, off-shelf displays, and checkouts concerning the company-customer agreement.
- Checks products’ expiry dates on monthly basis to ensure product freshness across the portfolio.
- Ensures visibility of products to attract customers.
- Monitors continuously the stock level in the outlet and coordinates the replenishment with the salesperson to avoid out of stock.
- Follows the journey plan as assigned by the field manager to ensure sufficient outlet coverage based on business need and to achieve and maintain the desired in-store fundamental results.
REQUIREMENTS
- APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE A VALID UAE MOTORCYCLE DRIVING LICENCE
- PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH (READ & WRITE)
- PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE AS A MERCHANDISER (FMCG-FOOD)
- EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL
- MUST POSSESS OWN MOTORCYCLE
- PROFICENT IN MS WORD & MS EXCELL
