Sales Associates Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: They provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the products they need.
2. Product Knowledge: They have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
3. Cash Handling: They handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate cash register operations.
4. Problem Resolution: They address customer complaints or concerns, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Store Maintenance: They help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, tidying up displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
6. Upselling and Cross-selling: They suggest additional products or services that complement the customer’s purchase, increasing sales opportunities.
7. Product Demonstrations: They may conduct product demonstrations or provide samples to showcase the features and benefits of certain products.
9. Training and Development: They participate in training sessions to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
10 . Teamwork: They collaborate with other sales associates and team members to achieve store goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
11. Sales Reporting: They may be responsible for reporting sales metrics, such as daily sales figures or customer feedback, to management.

Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
