We are urgently hiring for Personal Assistant/Secretary to Director to Join our Team. This position requires someone who is in a position to handle the following Job task. All interested walk in for the interview.

Job Description

  • Prepare & organize the Managing Director schedule daily & inform the MD of all upcoming activities & the required procedures.
  • Manage incoming & outgoing mail & documents issued by the office of the general manager.
  • Prepare internal & external communications in a professional manner as per the directives of the general manager or his office manager
  • Maintain the MD Emails & Reply as per his instructions

Qualifications

  • Academic Qualification : Diploma Or Bachelor
  • Experience : 2 to 3 years secretarial experience
  • Skills: Computer skills, Secretarial & Organizational skills, Telephone communications
  • Languages: English

Full time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Walk-in Interview 14th April 2022 Time: 1pm onwards
