We are urgently hiring for Personal Assistant/Secretary to Director to Join our Team. This position requires someone who is in a position to handle the following Job task. All interested walk in for the interview.
Job Description
- Prepare & organize the Managing Director schedule daily & inform the MD of all upcoming activities & the required procedures.
- Manage incoming & outgoing mail & documents issued by the office of the general manager.
- Prepare internal & external communications in a professional manner as per the directives of the general manager or his office manager
- Maintain the MD Emails & Reply as per his instructions
Qualifications
- Academic Qualification : Diploma Or Bachelor
- Experience : 2 to 3 years secretarial experience
- Skills: Computer skills, Secretarial & Organizational skills, Telephone communications
- Languages: English

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
