At MIDEST Property Dubai International City, we are urgently looking for Office Admin/Receptionist with at least 1 years experience. All interested candidates who meet below Job qualifications and Requirements, walk-in for an interview at location shown below.

Basic Office Admin/Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned technicians of their arrival
  • Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  • Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Inform clients about new services and discounts
  • Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards
  • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
  • Manage calls, messages through different platforms
  • Maintain a tidy reception area

Office Admin/Receptionist Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years experience receptionist/admin
  • Knowledge on real estate
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
  • Good in English (write and speak), (Arabic is an advantage, but not mandatory)
  • Computer literate
  • Maintain records of all documentation file
  • Knowledge on Excel and WPS
  • Know how to manage picky clients
  • Responsible, kind, understandable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
