Basic Barista Job Requirements:

As a Barista you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Sanitizing and cleaning all the tools e.g. brewing machines, glass, utensils and others
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about our menu, coffee beans, brewing methods, and other products.
- Preparation of coffee and espresso beverages according to the cafe’s standards.
- Learn and execute various brewing methods, including pour-over, French press, AeroPress, and espresso.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared and served with precision and consistency.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Develop a deep understanding of our coffee offerings, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
- Continuously educate yourself about new products and coffee trends.
- Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Report any inventory shortages or equipment malfunctions to the Senior Barista
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and storage.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
