Walk-in interview Urgently Hiring for Housekeeping Attendants, Coordinators, and Supervisors. Candidates who meet below Job description preferred.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
- Answer room service phone calls and take orders.
- Maintaining supplies, taking orders, completing tasks assigned by the superior, being polite to guest, collecting dirty dishes & restocking mini bar.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Education: Equivalent degree/diploma holders
Experience: Hospitality experience
Language Skills: English (Proficiency)
