Qualifications for Front Desk Officer
- Customer Service Experience
- With Sales Experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- With background handling complaints
- Has knowledge with computer or with experience in admin tasks
Job Description
- Generate customer interest in the services and products by communicating all special offers, promotions, new classes, new subjects and new branches to the customers.
- Make outbound calls to leads and requests from customers via email, WhatsApp, social media, website and telephone. Respond to all queries.
- Contact all leads and inquiries received, for the pre-opening of new branches.
- Meet and exceed all pre-defined targets and KPIs within the set time frame
Salary: From AED 3,500 per month
DATE: 19th to 20th February 2024
TIME: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Location: Mazaya Business Avenue – Tower AA1, JLT, Dubai – Room 1001, 10th floor
