As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage appointments and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
