Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of electronics products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events and exhibitions.
