We are Calling for a Walk-in interview Hiring for the position of Call Center Agents/Customer service Representatives. Candidates who meet Job requirements are invited for the walk in interview.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Handling customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
- providing customers with product and service information
- Recording new customer information into system
- updating existing customer information
- Processing orders, forms and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports

Expected Start Date: 01/09/2021
Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
