We are looking for a motivated and skilled Call Center Agent also to work as Operation Executive to join our team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, flexibility in work, and good computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails
- Update and maintain records using Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist in daily operations and coordination tasks
- Provide support to the operational team as needed
