Call Center Executive/Customer Service Agents Walk in interview – immediate Joiners Only

At Top Maestro Documents Clearing Services LLC Dubai, We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our team.

In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
• Meet performance goals for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay calm and professional during challenging calls
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (if applicable)
