We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive, B2C to join our team in the Forex industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new clients by promoting our forex trading products and services to individual consumers.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to understand and communicate complex financial products.

B2C Sales Executive Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential individual clients through various channels such as cold calling, emails, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with new clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our forex trading products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
