- Service crew – Waiter/Waitress
- Customer service Agent
- Reservation Agents
- Housekeeping/Room attendants
- Kitchen crew (Chefs, Cooks, Stewards)
- Host/Hostess
- Front Desk
- Bellboy
- CCTV/Security Guards
Job Description:
To uplift the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
- Ensuring the hotel remain clean and neat
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Point-of-sale systems.
- Experience with Food safety.
- Effective communication.
- Active listening.
- High school plus education background.
- Excellent Problem solving skills.
- At least 2 years work experience from a similar background
Additional Information
- Salary Negotiable depending on candidate’s profile & relevant experience.
- The company will provide basic necessities according to the UAE labor laws
