Basic Job Responsibilities and requirements:

The Room/ Public Area Attendant ensures the cleanliness and orderly presentation of assigned guestrooms or serviced apartments and maintains a positive overall impression of the hotel in accordance with the hotel’s procedures and standards.
Besides the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms or serviced apartments, he/she is required to check and report items which are damaged or in need of maintenance.
Interacting with guests in a professional and respectful manner and plays an important role in addressing special requests or problems.
