Position Overview:
As a Sales Officer specializing in personal loans, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products to prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Generate business to achieve defined sales targets in mortgages.
- Explain the documentation, application, and approval process of mortgage loans to the customer.
- Liaise with the customer’s pre and post-approval for completion of documentation and related formalities.
- To ensure that applications are error-free and turnaround times are maintained.
- Assist in the generation of team MIS and regular updates on the pipeline.
What You Should Have
- Thorough knowledge of Mortgages & relevant products.
- Basic banking background.
- Being able to listen carefully to client’s needs and concerns is crucial for building trust and providing tailored solutions.
- Understanding and empathizing with clients’ situations.
- The ability to quickly and effectively address any issues that arise during the loan process is essential.
- Ensuring all loan applications and documents are accurate and complete is vital in the mortgage industry.
- Ability to recognize quality loan applications.
- Banking sales skills.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in a banking environment, ideally focusing on mortgage products.
- Comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and credit approval processes.
- Arabic language as native.
- Able to communicate in English.
