Tele Sales/Customer Care Executive Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Suggesting information about products and services.
- Process orders & sending quotations.
- Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.
- Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery
- Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- 2 years experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
Ability to commute/ relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
Experience: telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
English Speaking skill are must
Note: Tele sales/ Customer Care Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
