Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Agent Duties:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
- Property Listings: Create property listings, conduct property showings, and negotiate sales or rental agreements.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and social media resources.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all property transactions comply with Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Manager in the Dubai market.
- Valid Real Estate Broker License in Dubai. If not available, one will be provided
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
