Responsibilities for Insurance Officer jobs in Dubai UAE:

• Insurance Empanelment.
• Insurance submission and resubmission, claims, audit and review, reconciliation.
• Providing quality client care service and managing presentations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• collaborating with direct clients and brokers to drive business growth.
• Reviewing applications for insurance policies, assessing risk levels, and estimating chances of loss, ensuring accuracy in policy analysis.

Qualifications for Insurance Officer jobs in Dubai UAE:

• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Strong understanding with UAE Insurance process of claim cycle including eligibility, authorizations, billing, collection of accounts receivables.
• Preferably with Home care Insurance Experience.
• Certified Medical Coder.
• Excellent communication skills, professional customer service, resourceful and motivated.
• The ability to be flexible is required for working different shifts, including weekends.
• Must be detail oriented and a multi-tasker.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance card terminologies.
