Hiring Company: UNICARE MEDICAL CENTER , Homecare Division Dubai
The Assistant Nurse will provide high-quality patient care within the home setting, focusing on the needs of children,elderly, disabled, or chronically ill individuals. Her role will be on acute treatments of these patients and also chronic care of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
- Vitals: Keep track of vital signs and report any abnormalities.
- Family Support: Educate family members on patient care and condition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records.
- Proper lab tests and assisting the doctors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid DHA License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in homecare or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
