Basic Job Requirements:
- The candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills
- Should have good computer-related knowledge
- Must have experience handling clients calls
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound customer calls for computer-related problems
- Arranging and scheduling pickups and deliveries of client computers / Gadgets
- Give quotations and effective communication with the client to get approval
- Basic accounting
- Daily sales and service reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
