We are looking for lady admin assistant/document controller. This position comes with the following Job responsibilities. Qualified candidates kindly walk-in for an interview with your recent cv.
The key responsibility are:
- Relaying and resolving routine telephone and/or walk-up inquiries
- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents (engineering drawings)
- High degree of multi tasking and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Applicant must hold a Diploma / Bachelor degree
- At-least 1-2 years experience in administrative work.
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
Preferred: Visit Visa / Canceled Visa
Expected Start Date: 10/10/2021
Working Hours: 8 hours a day ( 8:00am to 4:30pm) 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
